Clients should ensure that their hair is freshly washed, blown dry, and free of products upon arrival.
Cancellations
If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
The appointment can be rescheduled once, within 24 hours of the initial appointment, and the deposit will be used to hold the new time.
If it is rescheduled for a 2nd time, a new deposit will need to be made.

Full payment of braiding services is due upon completion of the service.
