If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. 

The appointment can be rescheduled once, within 24 hours of the initial appointment, and the deposit will be used to hold the new time.

If it is rescheduled for a 2nd time, a new deposit will need to be made.

A deposit of $20.00 is required to secure the scheduled appointment. Deposit is made via Zelle or Cash App to (832) 215-4461

Full payment of braiding services is due upon completion of the service.
